**Key Responsibilities**
- To oversee the Production, Warehouse and Logistics departments.
- Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to maintain yield.
- To oversee the quality of the production and ensure products are delivered on time with mínimal material loss.
- To ensure that the quality standards during the production process are adhered to at all times and all work conforms to statutory & safety requirements.
- Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner.
- Manage manpower planning and oversee teams of Technical Specialists.

- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in a **food manufacturing plant**:
- Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act
- Possess leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
