**Senior Operation Executive (Food Processing) job scope**

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of manpower, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Enhance the operational procedure and systems. Responsibilities include interviewing, selecting and hiring, and training new and existing production employees.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skill
- Designing Standard Operating Products (SOP) for Existing Product Process
- Application / Renewal Standard of Procedure of Factory (SOP) example: ISO,Halal, SFA and others licensing. Job Completion with Softcopy and Hardcopy
- Evaluates current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipe and conduct sensory evaluation of new food products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements
- R&D New Product
- Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes
- Oversee the hiring and training of food production personnel
- Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety
- Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
- Allocate work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history
- Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set target
- Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities
- Create work shifts to ensure round-the-clock food production operations
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products
- Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum condition
- Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered
- Reduce Wastage percentage monthly
- Implement cost-savings efficiency
- Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, business management or manufacturing engineering, or in a similar discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as a Food Production Manager
- Skilled in directing and coordinating the activities of food production personnel to ensure efficient operations
- Able to achieve production targets within set timeframe
- Background in Managing a Food Production Line/Factory
- Cooking Skills Preferred
- ISO 22000, Halal knowledge is an advantage
- Chef experience is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,250.00 per month
