**About the role**

**Some of the things we’d like you to do**:

- Attend and participate in regular resource meetings
- Ensure data sources are updated weekly
- Ensure allocations database and organization charts are up-to-date on a monthly basis
- Partner with Talent Operations Manager to stay up-to-date on resourcing status across all current and upcoming projects
- Support Talent Operations Manager with open position business cases, internal transfers and departures
- Generate and analyze weekly and monthly utilization reports and other ad hoc reporting for TO Regional lead and Global Director of TO
- Identify potential instances of underutilisation and actively work with Talent Operations Manager to address and solve those issues
- Help to ensure agency timesheet compliance
- Alert Talent Operations Managers of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing
- Ensure proper staffing process is adhered to and recommend process improvements for Resource Management

**A bit about yourself**:

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines with oversight
- Strong analytical skills
- Data driven and strategic thinker
- Previous experience of working within a Resource Management function in a support capacity is a plus
