**Job Purpose**:
To provide Project Management as required for key business initiatives across Tech Data. Providing the structure and discipline of a formal project management methodology as well as maintaining the Project Portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and drive project delivery within the business as required. Projects will be varied and wide ranging encompassing all areas of the business.
- Project planning, tracking and reporting.
- Mobilise the project team and the business to ensure both are focused and supportive of delivering effective change.
- Provide ongoing constructive challenge to shape and influence best project outcomes.
- Promote project management by providing a consistent and professional service to the business.
- Provide coaching and support to those delivering projects across the business.
- Develop good working relationships with key individuals within the business and those external to the business as required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Project management experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience
- Education required - Minimum Diploma or Degree
- Effective inter-personal skills and the ability to work confidently at all levels within the organization and external parties
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach and a willingness to learn
- Working with cross functional teams
- Demonstrable working experience of the Project Management lifecycle
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint to an excellent standard
