We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our dynamic team. As a DBA with AWS expertise, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our database systems on AWS cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of our databases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain database solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Ensure database security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in database administration and AWS services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, preferably with expertise in AWS.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, and Aurora.
- Proficiency in SQL query optimization, database performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Database - Specialty) are a plus.
