**Scope of Services**

The Services required are set out as follows:
Implementation and Conducting of New Media Literacy Programmes for students
- Assist Head of Department (HOD) / Subject Head (SH) ICT in planning and implementing new media literacy workshop for students
- Conducting New Media Literacy workshop which are supported by teachers in Technology for Learning (TFL) committee
- New Media Literacy workshops can cover areas such as photo editing, video editing, infographic design, etc.

Support School’s Applied Learning Programme / Student-Initiated Learning
- Train and supervised students in the use of the iMaker (maker space) room
- Conduct training for / support selected students in their Student-Initiated Learning related to ICT / Multimedia.

Identify training needs and conduct training courses and workshops for school staff
- Develop and customize training programmes supported with learning materials that suits the learning meets the needs of staff.
- Support the school’s ICT programmes, by advising staff on the affordance of various ICT tools and collaborating with staff and Instructional Programme (IP) HOD in the development of ICT integrated lessons.

Support for School Events & Multimedia project
- Support of school events on Audio Visual Equipments.
- Coordinate and assist teachers in conducting ICT-related events, e.g. Internet safer week
- Provide services for school functions pertaining to ICT-related matters.
- Supporting school in creating multimedia project (eg: Videos, microsites, etc) for publicity, staff/student trainings and other school events

Working with other ICT Department Staff and other projects
- Working closely with the ICT Associate, Desktop Engineers (DEs) and any other ICTsupport staff in the school to ensure the smooth operation of school programmes and events.
- Any other work or projects as instructed by HOD/SH (ICT).

**Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel**

The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
a) A diploma from a recognize institution, preferably in an Information Technology-related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience; those without a diploma and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply

b) Familiar with various operating systems (Windows, Android and iOS) and mobile learning devices (iPads, Chromebooks, Surface tablets etc).

c) Possess skills in using Google GSuite for Education

d) Possess skills in block-based programming

g) Able to work closely with teachers and staff on ICT matters.
