Job Description:
A rare opportunity to work at Rakuten Travel, Japan’s largest online travel agency (OTA) to expand international markets and be part of the next stage of growth of the company.

You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the development of the global platform (web /app) and to revamp and influence the structure, functionality, and content, playing an important role in shaping the platform for our global customers.

Following the launch of the new platform, you will be responsible for developing content and managing social media to enhance brand awareness and love; Developing and implementing performance marketing through local media; and having seamless communication with the internal cross-functional teams and agencies to support integrated marketing campaigns to drive commercial results and build brand affinity.

You will be an analytical and influential executive to be based in our Korea branch and work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Management departments.

Responsibility
- Support the Marketing Manager to grow business and brand in Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Develop and execute various marketing campaigns such as brand advertising, through online and offline advertising channels, social media, and CRM communications.
- Create ideas for multimedia production - photos, videos, copies, and other formats
- Look after social media channels and members acquisition and re-engagement campaigns
- Optimize the budget to reach KPI and maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with detailed analysis
- Regular market research and competitor analysis for developing content strategies
- Liaise with external and internal agencies and partners, assist in operational and administrative tasks
- Manage ad hoc promotions and requests with efficiency

**Requirements**:

- 4 years+ of related experience, with strong knowledge in the tourism industry, eCommerce, CRM, and social media platforms
- Being fluent in English and proficient in Chinese typewriting is required as you will be working with stakeholders in Hong Kong / China / Taiwan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in managing multiple projects and task
- Highly motivated, self-reliant, initiative-taking, attention-to-details, result-oriented, capable of effective time management and working well under pressure in a fast-paced and exciting environment
- Innovative and proactive team player who is willing to learn and grow with the role
