**Key Responsibilities**:
As a CNC Tool Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in fabricating precision metal cutting tools. Your responsibilities will include:

- **CNC Tool Grinding**:Operate a 5-axes CNC tool grinding machine to fabricate metal cutting tools according to job sheet requirements.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**:Interpret basic drawings and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- **Quality Control**:Use measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures for accurate inspection checks to ensure the quality of tools.
- **Production Records**:Maintain up-to-date production records and reports, accurately documenting work performed.
- **Machine Maintenance**:Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- **Communication**:Update the Production Supervisor on job status and report any non-conformance issues raised during the fabrication process.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to ISO requirements and safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- **Equipment and Work Area Maintenance**:Take responsibility for keeping equipment and the work area clean and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.

- Proven experience in operating a 5-axes CNC tool grinding machine.
