This role offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various facets of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and store administration. The objective is to develop future retail leaders who can effectively manage stores and contribute to the brand's success.**You will also be responsible for**:
Retail Operations Training:Participate in a structured training program to gain a thorough understanding of retail operations, including store management, sales, and customer service.
- Assist in daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and managing store equipment.
-Sales and Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support sales activities by assisting customers on the sales floor, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.
- Learn and implement sales techniques, promotional strategies, and visual merchandising standards to drive store performance.
-Inventory Management:Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organization, and display.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock orders, receive shipments, and handle returns and exchanges.
-Team Leadership and Development:Observe and support the store management team in leading and motivating store associates.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities to enhance leadership skills.
- Assist in scheduling, supervising, and evaluating store staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
-Marketing and Promotions:Support in executing in-store marketing initiatives, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
- Assist with the implementation of visual merchandising and store layout strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Contribute to the development and execution of store-level marketing activities and community outreach programs.
-Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience.
-Reporting and Administration:Assist in preparing reports on store performance, sales metrics, and inventory levels.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining store documentation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
-Professional Development:Seek feedback from mentors and managers to continuously improve performance and develop management skills.
