TSH Corporation Limited and its subsidiaries and associated company (together, the” Sloshed Group”) is in the business of (i) operating a multi-concept chain of pubs and bars, and (ii) the import and distribution of spirits, wines and liquors. Sloshed Group currently operates several outlets covering five concepts. Quaich Bar (2 outlets) and Signature Reserve with whisky as the main theme, and The Other Room and The Other Roof which are cocktail bars.

**General Duties**:

- Plans, directs, oversee entire bar operations and ensure the bar runs efficiently.
- Maintains a well stocked bar, including all ingredients needed to prepare signature drinks and standard drinks orders.
- Oversees the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet standards.
- Oversee and manage all staff including Head Bartendear, bar team and operations of team members at bar department.
- Directs the bar team meet objectives and maximise resources.
- Maintains a clean and organised bar area to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Handle customers' feedback promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction is achieved.
- Sets, monitor and control budget for the bar.
- Creates detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improver productivity.
- Responsible for conducting monthly drink & service related training to all staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the bar set up and ensure all standard recipes are followed in the preparation process.
- Provides suggestions for business growth.
- Creates, reviews and impements effective business plans.
- Practice safe work habits and take a consultative role in assisting and maintaining a clean, tidy work area and a healthy and safe working environment.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.
- Participate and manage assigned sections to provide an awesome beverage experience for customers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in an Internationally Highly Rated Cocktail Bar (not just general bar) for this position.
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving of beverages will be advantages.
- Positive, motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.

- Able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays.
