We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to take on the functional role that combines data management and data science skills for OMOP data curation & data analytics of Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP).

**Responsibilities**:
Implementation of OHDSI OMOP framework across the national strategic research datasets such as the Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP).
Develop and implement data management strategies for standard Common Data Model, vocabulary/ontology, mapping tools, methods and documentation (HDR UK CaRROT mapper).
Develop and implement proactive quality control audits/quality management plans across datasets to ensure data mapping accuracies and completeness.
Perform advanced analytics atop the OMOP Common Data Model for population-level analyses and data visualizations
**Job Requirements**:
A Bachelor/Master Degree in Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
Good programming skills (Python, R).
Knowledge/experience on OHDSI OMOP framework and regulatory data submissions.
Good team player and communication skills for collaborative research.
0 to 5 years' experience.
