Role Responsibilities
- Assisting with account leadership, business development, and managed servicesteams on a next generation Workplace Technology Services portfolio that is focusedon pushing the boundaries of operational efficiency and delivering exceptionalcustomer experience, thus demonstrating high customer value and drive revenuegrowth
- Leadership of delivery resources (in-house or 3rd party) during architectural design,implementation and support to provide holistic end-to-end solution
- Partners and co-owns sales activities at a customer level with the field-based accountmanager
- Analyze & gather business requirement from large & complex client environment,perform required research and investigation to identify and create a holistictechnology-led service solution proposals that meet customer needs
- Responsible for partnering with BDMs and local sales leadership to drive netnewbusiness opportunities within the existing regional account base as well assupporting customer acquisition activities as assigned.
- Prepares cost model for licensing and product sales as well as professional services(deployment, migration, implementation, workshops, etc.) by studying blueprints, plans,and related customer documents; consulting with other engineers, architects, practiceleads and other professional and technical personnel (both internal and external).
- Develop overall solutions including high-level design (e.g.Whiteboarding), statementsof work (SOW), service design, bills of materials (BOM) and direct vendors/ 3rd partyto deliver low level design.
Technology Knowledge
- Client Operating Systems like Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS and iOS
- O365 suite - Design, plan, install, configure and maintain Enterprise level-basedsolutions aligned with business needs.
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Mobility and Security suite (EMS E3/E5)
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager suite, inclusive of MS Intune, MS Endpoint ConfigurationManager and Windows Autopilot
- EPP/ DLP/ SASE like Crowdstrike, Harmony, MDE, Palo Alto, etc
- Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and AD Connect / DirSync Services
- Wintel Server, Clustering and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS)
- Office 365 / M365: on-premise/hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, OneDrive forBusiness, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, AAD Connect andassociated Microsoft Collaboration Services.
oActive Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
oDirSync, Azure AD identity Sync, or Azure Connect
oOffice365 Design and Implementation Projects
oMicrosoft Teams and voice solutions
oPowerShell Scripting / Graph API
- Exchange Server - 2010, or 2013, 2016
- Understanding of network dependencies, implications & requirements needed for allOffice 365 services
- ITSM solutions like ServiceNow etc
- Workflow and operations automation
- Asset discovery and management solutions like Armis, Device42, Jamf
- VDI solutions like Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, and Windows Virtual Desktop
- Deliver POCs and convert them into production delivery Technology (Workplace focus)
Experience
- Minimum of 8~10 years of relevant experience in supporting managed servicescustomers to transform their EUC environment
- Operational experience in Service Desk, Desk Side Support and End User Computingengineering
- Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and debugging
- End-user device builds on tablets, laptops and smartphones, drivers and firmwaredeployment
- ITIL aligned ITSM for incident, service request, problem, change and release andconfiguration management
