**SENIOR PARALEGAL (Contractual)**

Our client, a well-known global private markets investment manager, is looking for a Senior Paralegal who is a professional performing task according to a defined service catalogue per standard operating procedures and provides project support.

**Key competencies**Possesses an understanding of the investment processes and is, therefore, able to deal with complex ad hoc user requests in the respective area.
- Independently develops and coordinates essential solutions to issues encountered with processes and tools and coordinates implementation within the team / with BUAP.
- Keeps procedures and education material up to date.
- Has a good, general understanding of how investment teams and Investment Services collaborate with the investment platform.
- Delivers work on time, error-free, to a consistently high standard and in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
- Supports the team on data maintenance.
- Knows policies and procedures, tools and systems and applies them appropriately to his/her tasks.
- Performs project support tasks such as performing business analysis, and scheduling meetings. preparing communication material including presentations and leading minor project
