**THE ROLE**:
The Technology & Program Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of technical programs & SEMI initiatives which includes sustainability & workforce & talent development. He/She needs to drive and build relationship with committees constituted of SEMI members, customers, and educational institutions.
- This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Business Development Director of SEMI Southeast Asia _**.**

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
You are highly energized, passionate, and enthusiastic about advancing STEM education and program initiatives to bridge the talent gap in electronics manufacturing supply chain. You have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple project timelines simultaneously. You have excellent interpersonal communication skills that enable you to connect with a diverse group of people from students, member companies and academic and government officials. You are flexible and able to revise and accommodate last minute changes and situations

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Manage Technical Committees**:

- Brings strong technical leadership and business content steering to SEMI SEA Technical Program Committees & initiatives. Cross regional collaborations towards growth and prosperity of ONE SEMI.
- **Conduct and execute business plans for new SEMI products/initiatives**:

- services and platforms to support SEMI’s larger span of the global electronics manufacturing supply. Develop strategic partnerships (industrial, Public, Associations) for new segments (horizontally and vertically). Assess and prioritize SEMI’s targeted engagement in vertical and horizontal/adjacent supply chain segments.
- **Coordinate the Workforce Advisory Council (WAC) activities - **Assemble the council and recruit additional members to ensure inclusion of stakeholders from the industry, academia, and government. Facilitate the operations of the Board including developing meeting agenda, coordinating meeting logistics, recording & distributing meeting minutes, and following up with members on deliveries.
- **Increase SEMI visibility & develop business**:

- Supports Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Membership teams with technical expertise and help them identifying new opportunities. Maximizes and articulates value of technical product portfolio to SEMI members and other stakeholders and contributes to membership recruitment. Represents SEMI in Southeast Asia and connect across the key regions.

- You have developed trusting relationship with academic and government officials as well as sponsoring companies to establish a strong support network for the program to grow

**FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE**:

- 3+ years of experience in the electronics industry in the field of business development and operations, Marketing and Sales experience a plus.
- Competent knowledge and deep technical understanding of the global and semiconductor / electronics industry and technology and supply chains.

Highly organized, result-oriented, and driven individual with demonstrated ability to work with limited resources towards operations excellence
