**JOB TITLE AND Major Areas of responsibilities**
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to transportation supervisors to ensure operations and coordination between departments to be more efficient, and to ensure paperwork completed daily and in accurate form. He/Her duties include managing and tracking tasks, adjusting the workflow on their team to be more productive.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner for supervisors’ review.
- Managing track record of Inventory, Storage & Transport related Reports.
- Preparing purchase requisitions for Transport related.
- Data Entry for all transport related activities, ie drivers profile, safety related course expiry, leave taken/ balance updates, overtimes.
- Slot in daily collection/ delivery order schedule into NEC system,Print collection/ delivery order.
- To ensure safety equipment / PPE available at all times.
- Vehicle inspection, servicing, road tax renewal, cmonthly update on the COE value and scrap value.
- Assist Supervisor to coordinate with Drivers & Customer Services.
- You have to ensure that through other people you receive full and accurate information, examples are driver worksheets, in-out stock sheets, manifests, daily checks are complete, also lead driver supplies you with the any information you require to complete your duties.
- Prepare the monthly report for supervisors’ review.
- Prepare a weekly priority on what you expect to complete the following week, and what was completed this week.
- Coordinate with CS department with regards to receiving transportation orders and completing daily schedule. Go to department on start of your duty, after lunch and prior to customer service group finishing work.
- Monitor daily schedules for changes and errors. Any changes to schedule to be notified to customer services who can advise the customer.

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to answer phone call
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Able to work late when required, due to nature of work.
