People Operations Generalist

We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our People Operations team to be a partner to the business by executing end to end people operations management and continuous improvement initiatives to excite and retain A-players that perform at their fullest potential.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You will play a critical role to power Glints as a driver to make a big impact by executing end to end people operations management and key initiatives of continuous improvement in retaining and motivating our people, collaborating with market key stakeholders to develop Glints as a great place to work.

In this role, you will be:

- Focused on ensuring market utilization of newly launched HRIS and data management

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Work experience in HR roles
- Min. of 2 years people operations management (generalist)
- A good command of English (spoken and written)
- A team player who has a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organised
