SEA logistics Team is responsible to be focus on developing short term and long term cost targets and related indicators of each business to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data in order to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results;
- Defines key strategies and creates synergies to ensure the most effective and efficient logistics planning from company perspective;
- To leverage stakeholders such as algorithms, data analysis, product and operations teams to identify the opportunity in network planning, facilities planning and routing optimization more effectively;
- Systematic methodology formation for logistics planning and put into use across regional markets to drive business results such as cost reduction and operation efficiency improvement;
- Provides strategic planning support to other departments and develops trusted and collaborative relationships with local teams to ensure cohesive logistics strategies execution for key initiatives that increase efficiency of operation and sustain business growth;
- Assesses the financial and operational impact of service providers to understand existing logistics networks' painpoints and recommends or implements the optimization for win-win;
- Be fully aware of each markets' strategies and ensures logistics planning can align with internal and external key stakeholders. Develops interpersonal relationships across all managed disciplines;
- Provides high-level insights around key metrics for network/facility efficiency improvement. Prepares and presents forecasts such as key assumptions, risk sensitivity, and recommendations to maximize cost performance.
- Leadership - Setting goals for the work group, coaching and developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together, identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results;

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably with logistics transportation, operation management background.
2. International working experience in top level ecommerce enterprises

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong progressive experience in logistics planning and operations;
- People management of a sizable team.
- 10 Years of Supply chain and logistics management
- Excellent communication skills,the ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across the region.
