**Job Duties and Qualifications**:

- Under general supervision, this role is responsible for delivering technical training and educational programs to internal and external customers
- The Technical Instructor is responsible for supporting the instructional design process, including design/redesign, execution, and success metrics
- Conducts assessment of course objectives vs. student performance, diagnosis of performance gaps such as CPI/EJCS data as well as incorporating PSL established competencies
- Assesses employee needs and assists in the as-needed adaptation of training program materials, ensuring training content aligns appropriately to the learning style of the audience and addresses performance gaps for the Product Service Lines and Support Organizations
- This role requires completion of a high school diploma as a minimum in addition to 4+ years of experience relating to product service line operations, including curriculum development or training
- Traveling is a requirement.
