**Responsibilities**:

- Under general supervision, this role is responsible for delivering technical training to technicians as well as support teams.
- The Technical Instructor is responsible for supporting the instructional design process, including design/redesign of internal training courses and its execution
- Conducts assessment of course objectives vs. student performance to ensure quality of training
- Supports the various SME’s in shop floor OJT to untraining technicians in the work center.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder and at least 6+ years of experience in oil and gas
- Familiar with overhead crane operations
- Must be Soldering IPC J-STD-001 CIT certified
