**What You Will Do**:

- Provide support to the Company's business in Singapore and overseas offices in the areas of international trademark filing, trademark portfolio management, copyright maintenance, and IP-related consultancy.
- Be responsible for international trademark portfolio management, including file management and optimization, supervising trademark monitoring, oppositions and cancellations, and providing services for internal request for trademark certificates.
- Manage copyright registration when requested, support business team's other IP-related legal request, including font, domain names, etc., and provide opinions to minimize potential IP risks.
- Collaborate with legal team on issues related to IP compliance and enforcement support.
- Provide opinions for license and trademark-related agreement.
- Work on other tasks as assigned.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Graduate of a recognized law school with a degree or concentration on intellectual property.
- Strong background in trademark filing and management, particularly with US trademark management experience.
- 3-5 years of related experience in the gaming and/or tech industry, preferably a multinational corporation or a law firm with an international practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the English language.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and is able to communicate complex information in an accessible way.
- The following, while not requirements, will be a plus to have: Strong interest in games; familiarity with copyright law in any major jurisdiction.
