Studio Manager

In this role, you will lead and engage with members through dynamic and results-driven strength and conditioning classes. **Responsibilities**
- Lead high-energy strength and conditioning classes, incorporating a variety of exercises and equipment to challenge members and promote overall fitness.
- Design and implement effective workout routines focused on improving strength, power, endurance, and mobility, while ensuring proper form and technique.
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and feedback to members to enhance their understanding and execution of exercises.
- Motivate and encourage members to push their limits, set goals, and achieve personal milestones during each class.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community that promotes hard work, camaraderie, and mutual support among members.
- Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate individual fitness levels, abilities, and limitations.
- Monitor members' progress, track performance metrics, and provide personalized guidance on reaching fitness goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, research findings, and best practices in strength and conditioning to continually enhance class offerings and coaching techniques.
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and studio organization to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
- Uphold studio policies, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards to provide a professional and enjoyable experience for clients.

**Qualifications**
- Certification in strength and conditioning or personal training from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, NASM).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading strength and conditioning classes in a studio, gym, or athletic setting.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, biomechanics, and periodization principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals in a supportive and empowering environment.
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to adapt workouts and coaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and preferences of members.
- Team player mindset with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and supporting studio initiatives.
