**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Strategist Manager to join our leadership team. This role involves identifying and developing partnerships, managing our marketing team, expanding our business into new markets, and driving business with both new and existing clients and partners. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with relevant brands and platforms to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Assist the Managing Director in identifying and developing strategies for market expansion and business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to facilitate business development and client retention.
- Manage the marketing team to implement new strategies and campaigns effectively.
- Identify and procure resources that can enhance the efficiency, productivity, and growth of the business.
- Oversee talent acquisition to ensure that the company has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business process evaluations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business strategies, making adjustments as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Interested to gain experience as a Business Strategist, Business Development Manager, Entrepreneur or similar role.
- Some experience in running own business.
- Experience leading and managing a team, preferably within marketing or sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as required for business development and partnership building.
