Awaken Group is a multi-disciplinary Transformation Design firm. We design transformation journeys for organisations that want to transform themselves, using a mix of strategy, leadership and design. This holistic approach allows our clients to drive sustainable change throughout the organisation (as opposed to traditional consulting firms that only focus on strategy to the exclusion of the more intangible aspects of the organisation).

To that end, we would like to strengthen our consulting practice by hiring more strategy consultants. If you are a practising strategy consultant, this document is relevant to you.

This approach combines the rigour of McKinsey-style strategy consulting with the human-centred, co-creative approach of Design Thinking. As a strategy consultant, you’ll be adopting a whole new approach to strategy consulting. Our work here is focused on purpose and meaning to bring more joy and beauty to the world. You’ll also work with people from other disciplines (e.g., leadership and design) to see real transformation occur.
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, and motivate others to affect real change
- Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or relevant fields
- Deep passion for creating meaningful change in organisations and nations
- Values a human-centred, holistic approach to serving client organisations
- Team player willing to hold and challenge strong points-of-views

- Contribute to ‘logic tree’ team discussions to systematically identify clients’ root issues
- Conduct research and organise findings to validate the team’s hypotheses
- Create content for pre-reads, surveys, presentation decks, summary decks, etc.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate strategy workshops
- Contribute to team discussions during ‘insights generation meetings’
- Synthesise and document the journey for clients (e.g., slide decking, report writing)
- Liaise with clients on schedule for various contact points (e.g., workshops, interviews)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
