Engineering Assistant, Product Safety Testing

Singapore MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. Full time

You will be assisting in the product safety certification testing of Industrial Control products such as Programmable Logic Controllers, Input/Output Modules, Communications Modules and Power Supply Modules, etc

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare test setup, including thermocouples welding, soldering, wiring, etc.

2. Perform product safety certification testing and evaluation in accordance to product safety standards (CSA/UL/ATEX).

3. Compile and report test results accurately.

4. Other ad-hoc lab task

**Requirements**:

- Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in product safety testing according to UL, CSA, ATEX requirements will be advantageous.
- Ability to interpret and understand schematics design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
