**What the role is**
- As a Management Executive Officer/Statistician in the Communications and Engagement Division, your responsibilities include:

- Communicating and disseminating official statistics through various channels, such as the Department’s SingStat Website and social media platforms;
- Profiling DOS’s data and data services to different target audiences; and
- Engaging various groups of data users and providers as well as data and technology experts from the private sector and overseas.

**What you will be working on**
- You will research and stay abreast of key developments and areas of discussions relating to dissemination, communication and use of official statistics in international fora.
- You will be involved in managing statistical information provision through the SingStat Website.
- You will be involved in organising, coordinating and managing meetings with visiting delegations, stakeholders and data experts, as well as monitoring the progress of workstreams of these engagement platforms.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent presentation, communications and engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
