- Under direct supervision, provides general administration support to a department or group of professionals. Also receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring review
**ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Distribute mails (internal and external) and related correspondences
- Distribute faxes
- Process project invoices / General Invoices
- Process purchase orders
- Handles project documents
- Document Transmittals
- Ensure timely filings of purchase order, delivery order, tax invoice and quotations
- Preparation of monthly purchase order summary
- Matching of purchase order with supplier’s invoice
- Assist to prepare project costing for client
