**We’re looking for an Event Producer who can run medium to large-scale corporate events from start to finish.**

You’ll be the glue between BD, creative, ops, vendors, and clients - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a coordination role. You’ll be expected to lead scopes, manage timelines, own client comms, and hold the team accountable across pre-prod, build, show, and teardown.

We operate fast. Clients expect high output. Internal discipline matters. You need to thrive under pressure, stay calm in chaos, and think like an owner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the end-to-end delivery of events from confirmation to post-mortem
- Lead timelines, budgets, and Asana tasking - no verbal-only work, no ghosting tasks
- Work closely with the Creative team to ensure concepts are on-brief and executable
- Manage client comms, approvals, and expectations - without overpromising
- Coordinate suppliers, venues, talents, and internal ops
- Solve problems in real-time on site. No blaming, just fixing
- Ensure events are on time, on budget, and on brand
- Support proposal handovers and budget reviews where required

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of project management experience in a fast-paced events, brand activation, or experiential agency
- Proven track record of delivering B2B or public-facing events
- Strong client management skills - can hold your ground while keeping relationships warm
- Experienced with budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts
- Comfortable using tools like Asana, Google Drive, Canva, Slack
- Fluent in English, professional in writing and verbal comms
- Must be Singapore-based and willing to work late hours and weekends during show periods
