**About the Opportunity**:
We are supporting the search for a **Senior Science Teacher**with deep expertise in **PSLE preparation**, curriculum innovation, and assessment design. This is a **direct-hire, leadership role**within a high-performing academic team that regularly produces **exceptional PSLE results**.

As the Science Lead, you’ll drive curriculum rigour, shape assessment quality, and mentor fellow educators — with a specific focus on **PSLE-style questions**, **open-ended techniques**, and **MOE syllabus mastery**.

**Teaching Locations**: Tai Seng and Parkway Parade (MacPherson MRT proximity)

**Your Scope of Work**:
**Curriculum & Instructional Excellence**:

- Teach and mentor Primary Science (P4-P6), focusing on **advanced PSLE strategies**:

- Design lesson materials including **PSLE-style questions**, **answer keys**, **marking rubrics**, and **revision packages**:

- Conduct workshops for parents/students on **PSLE pitfalls**, **answering techniques**, and **syllabus updates**

**Assessment Leadership**:

- Spearhead development of **MOE-aligned Science curriculum**:

- Set benchmarks and assessment strategies based on **question typologies**and **PSLE rubrics**:

- Guide junior teachers on **marking consistency**and **answer precision**

**Pedagogy & Team Development**:

- Mentor junior teachers on content delivery and **PSLE pedagogy**:

- Collaborate with academic leadership on **lesson innovation**, **diagnostics**, and **delivery models**:

- Explore integration of **AI tools**and EdTech to support teaching and learning

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Min. 8 years**of experience teaching Primary Science in Singapore
- **Proven PSLE Science expertise**, ideally as a **former MOE teacher**, **PSLE marker**, or **curriculum developer**:

- Deep understanding of **MOE syllabus**, **grading frameworks**, and **open-ended science techniques**:

- Strong track record in **coaching teachers**or leading curriculum development
- Excellent communication skills — confident presenting to **parents and colleagues**:

- Comfortable using **Mandarin in professional settings**(e.g. team discussions, meetings)

**Salary & Details**:
**$8,000 to $15,000/month**, commensurate with:

- PSLE coaching track record
- Curriculum ownership
- Pedagogical leadership experience

Full-time, permanent role
Teaching schedule: Weekdays + weekends (details shared during interview)
Tai Seng and Parkway Parade locations
