**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic events plan that supports the company's goals and enhances brand awareness.
- Lead a team of event planners, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and formats that align with the brand and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and executive teams, to gather event objectives, requirements, and key messaging.
- Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and production.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to negotiate contracts, secure resources, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts, working closely with the marketing team to develop effective event campaigns and maximize attendee engagement.
- Develop and maintain event timelines, project plans, and critical paths to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, analyzing metrics and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging event technologies, and innovative event experiences to bring fresh ideas and creativity to event planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in event planning or hospitality are a plus.
- Proven work experience as an Events Director or similar role, managing a variety of corporate events.
- Strong knowledge of event planning, logistics, and production processes, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing event planning teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
