Today, most of the systems are connected, automated, and remotely monitored/controlled. Be it Industrial or commercial, automation with connectivity has a huge impact on evolving sectors including HealthTech, Industry 4.0, Satellite, Defense/Military, 5G, and Smart cities. These are prone to cyberattacks due to various limitations in computation, bandwidth, and advances in Quantum computing.

**What you’ll do**:

- Leading the Core Cybersecurity Technical Team_
- Define, manage and execute against the product and project roadmap
- Write high quality code and scripts to achieve product roadmap and integration between components
- Work with product owner to prioritize development and ensure that high-quality product is shipped on time
- Lead the technical team to support development on Backend, Frontend, Cloud, DevOps and Embedded
- Resolve issues faced by the team and support related activities
- Play a key role in defining the architecture and engineering guidelines for the development team, and driving engineering practices based on these guidelines
- Play the role of a cybersecurity leader and evangelist
- Technical Operations_
- Manage the technical infrastructure of the company
- Building fault-tolerant architecture for the product and associated infrastructure
- Drive adoption of the common framework and champion the cause of reuse across various product features
- Technical Market Research_
- Conduct market research to guide product strategy and identify opportunities for new products and use cases
- Design and development of customer friendly solution
- Execute product launches and go-to-market by working with marketing to produce compelling content and sales enablement assets
- Evangelize product and drive customer adoption

**Who you are**:

- You have a Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Engineering or a related domain from a reputed University
- You have over 3 years of experience in managing a technical team of software developers
- You have over 6 years of experience in writing codes and building infrastructure
- You have a proven track record of working with cloud-based systems including AWS, Azure etc. and with on-prem server management
- You are experienced in Python, Linux Shell, DevSecOps & Gitlab CI/CD
- You are experienced in OpenSSL, TLS, PKI and related cybersecurity technologies
- You are experienced in IDS, Firewall, and Network devices including Switches and Routers
- You have proven track record of building solution architecture
- Experienced in Agile Scrum development methodology
- Ability to translate complex topics such as cryptography and machine learning into easy-to-understand value props
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills required
- Drive, self-motivation and a desire to excel
- Product management experience with a B2B product a plus
