**Job Purpose**
- To support the revenue generating activities of the bank through timely and risk-controlled delivery of appropriate investment solutions
- To assume primary responsibility for bank’s Private Wealth investment processes with the aim of increasing client penetration, share of wallet, product distribution and annuity income using in-house and third-party products, with a commensurate increase in profitability for the bank
- To support the Group IC in shaping the house views and messages with consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To act as the central administrator for all parts of research, input and output from the Investment team and the Group IC
- To work closely with the relationship managers, investment specialists and product managers
- To support the translation and communication of house views to relationship managers and clients in SEA and North Asia
- To support the Head of Investments and team members in the gathering and presentation or research material
- To ensure that all research material is stored and available in a manner consistent with industry best practice and consistent with regulatory requirements
- To work as a key liaison between the investment team and head office when dealing with corporate departments such as risk

**Key Measurables**
- To actively assist with the daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc output of the investment team
- To translate or be responsible for the satisfactory translation of the above as required
- To work as a member of and in support of the Group IC
- To proactively foster strong relationships with all marketing teams such that feedback is gathered, assessed and actioned as appropriate
- To proactively foster strong relationships with the senior management of bank and the commercial bank within the region gathering feedback, such that the investment team output is visible and respected
- To be available to travel, at short notice and frequently, across Asia Pacific and other places in order to work on key projects, seminars and meetings with our vendors and providers as necessary
- To foster, whenever possible, the development of the knowledge base and sales skills within the relationship management teams, through dedicated and on-the-job training
- To continually seek business development opportunities between private banking and the bank counterparts
- To comply with all internal Policies and Procedures and further with all regulatory requirements

- Relevant education, investment experience and proven investment track record in a private client framework
- Mature, highly credible with strong client focus
- Relevant experience of working in Asia Pacific
