**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Execute client orders in Foreign Exchange products with precision and timeliness.
Manage the firm's hedge position with banking counterparties, ensuring effective risk management.
Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients based on a comprehensive understanding of their needs and requirements.
Cultivate and nurture client relationships, delivering a high-touch service that exceeds expectations.
Stay abreast of market developments, economic trends, and geopolitical events that impact FX markets.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including research and analysis teams, to provide valuable insights to clients.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance in all trading activities.
Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Contribute to the development of trading strategies and innovative approaches to enhance the team's performance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sell Side FX Sales Dealer, with a strong track record of successful client interactions.
In-depth knowledge of FX forwards, derivatives, and other relevant financial instruments.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch, client-focused service, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sound decision-making abilities, particularly under high-pressure trading environments.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.
Proficiency in relevant trading platforms and systems.
