**Requirements**:

- Degree holder from recognised university.
- High proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- 2 or more years’ experience in the hospitality industry/ cabin crew.
- Experienced in serving VIP clientele.
- Ability to procure fine wines, specialty gifts and other items for important guests.
- Ability to curate home/living items to create a luxurious living environment.
- Able to work independently with a proactive working attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be honest, patient, positive, detail-oriented, organised, good team player, willing to learn, and open to feedback.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle personal and household matters for the executive.
- Receive important guests and offer hospitality.
- Building a wine collection and keeping wine inventory.
- Responsible for property and facilities management, including hiring of workers for maintenance, renovation, and other tasks where necessary.
- Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation for the entire household.
- Handle schedules of private chauffeurs, helpers and other household staff.
- Travel on business trips with the executive to China, Hongkong or other countries, usually on short notice.
- Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements for the executive.
- Planning and organising events (e.g., birthday parties, VIP dinners etc.)
- Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
