**What You'll Do**
- Creating, and designing dashboards, to help greater maximize the People team's business impact
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as Engineering, Finance, CS, and partners to gather business requirements into dashboards and reports
- Designing and managing the solutions empowering end-users to be self-reliant
- Utilize established data warehousing practices and data visualization
- Work on large datasets to retrieve data and compile them into digestible and actionable dashboards for effective decision-making
- Automate manual reporting process by SQL/Python and continuously improve existing automated processes

**What You'll Need**
- Experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or similar technologies)
- Expert SQL skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work professionally to understand business requests and be able to suggest proper BI solutions which are measurable and scalable
- Experience with ETL tools, data warehouse design, data modeling, or DBA
- A good eye for detail and the ability to turn complex data into useful insights
- Comfortable working remotely via telecommuting. We will be working closely via Slack video calls and other collaboration tools
- Fluency in English is required
