Position Overview

As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for uncovering business insights through data analysis and reporting, contributing to the organization's data-driven decision-making culture. With 5–7 years of experience, you are expected to work independently, apply analytical rigor, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business questions into data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful dashboards, reports, and data insights.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance metrics.
  • Identify actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
  • Translate complex datasets into meaningful narratives and business recommendations.
  • Design and develop dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Work with data engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data availability and integrity.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business and technical takeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support product, operations, finance, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure data governance standards are met in reporting practices.
  • Monitor and improve the usability, performance, and accuracy of BI assets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science & Analytics,

    Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

    5–7 years of experience in BI analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.

    Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders.
