**The Power BI Analyst transforms complex production & quality data into interactive dashboards and**

**actionable insights to drive operational excellence.**You will be responsible for Data Visualization &
Reporting, Data Integration & Modeling, Stakeholder Collaboration and Process Optimization during the

manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Data Visualization & Reporting**
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor KPIs across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Translate complex semiconductor data into actionable insights for engineering, operations, and executive teams.

**Data Integration & Modeling**
- Connect and transform data from MES, ERP, and SCADA systems.
- Build robust data models that support real-time analytics and predictive insights.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Work closely with process engineers, supply chain managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.

**Process Optimization**
- Identify inefficiencies in manufacturing workflows through data analysis.Support automation initiatives by integrating Power BI with other tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Azure).

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Power BI**, **DAX**, and **Power Query**:

- Familiar with **SQL, PLSQL, and basic RDB**architecture
- Experience with **Python**or **R**is a plus
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and KPIs
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A good team player and can work independently when required.
- Good communication and documentation skills in English.Fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
