**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

a) Prepare and regularly (weekly) submit reports and maintain records

b) Manage the quality assurance/quality control function on-site on various project phases.

c) Ensure that the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements are implemented by the sub-contractor on site and the particular hold points required are coordinated with the Project Team.

d) Review Inspection, Test, Plans as submitted by the sub-contractor’s and ensure compliance with authorities/client's requirements.

e) Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance.

f) Monitoring and checking calibration of plants, equipment and testing instruments.

g) Monitoring plant conditions and material production during construction phase.

h) Approval of source of materials, keeping track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works.

i) Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals.

j) Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents

k) Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan(PQP).

l) Able to identifies problems, root cause & offers solutions.

**REQUIREMENTS**

a) Degree in civil engineering/construction relevant, regconised by PE Board

b) 5 years experience or above with LTA project experience
