The role also involves negotiation with vendors to ensure favorable terms and efficient procurement processes.

In addition to these tasks, the Administrative Executive collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication across departments. This position is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that goods and supplies are consistently in stock.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform procurement-related data entry and maintain accurate purchasing records in the system
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
- Assist in compiling procurement and inventory reports for management review
- Support daily procurement activities, including tracking orders and monitoring delivery timelines
- Handle procurement documentation and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and vendor issues
- Maintain organized records of procurement transactions and perform filing duties
- Undertake other ad-hoc procurement or administrative assignments as required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
