**What We are Looking For**

The company is looking for an Accounts Executive (Finance) to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic startup at an exciting phase of growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle daily finance operations such as accounts receivables and accounts payables functions, but mainly focusing on the accounts payables function
- Review and process staff claims
- Assist in the monthly financial closing and reporting, quarterly group reporting and year-end audit
- Work closely with the reporting manager to implement processes, systems and controls, as well as to assist with tech integrations
- Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:
**You should possess the following skills and proficiencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Professional accreditation and prior audit experience / accounting experience will be considered favourably
- Prior AP experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and independent problem solver who is proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Accustomed to multitasking, prioritising and meeting deadlines
- Meticulous with keen attention to detail
- A good team player who adapts easily to changing business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
