**Responsibilities**:

- Develop independent market research on the self storage industry in Asia including keeping current on competitive and regulatory landscape and best practices.
- Identify suitable new opportunities for expansion.
- Assist in the due diligence process of new acquisitions and prepare the financial models and cash flow projections.
- Assist in the preparation of board papers for new investments to obtain board approval.
- Space planning and configuration of storage layouts for new acquisitions to determine feasibility.
- Source for alternative solutions and new products to improve storage facilities.
- Internal KPI analysis and reports to track performance of existing facilities.
- Sourcing and negotiating lease terms for new subtenants.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Real Estate or related discipline.
- Additional qualifications would be a plus (MSc, CFA, ACCA etc).
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role for real estate investments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of space planning software (AutoCAD).
- Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple ongoing projects.
