**Job Roles and Responsibilities
- **Leadership and Vision**:Lead the centre with a clear vision and positive culture.
Develop and execute strategies aligned with centre's goals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and operational standards.
- **Educational Excellence**:Cultivate an environment that encourages creative learning.
Support curriculum development and effective teaching.
Monitor and enhance educational quality.
- **Family Engagement**:Build strong parent relationships and address concerns.
Organize events to involve parents in children's education.
- **Staff Development**:Recruit, train, and guide staff growth.
Conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
- **Operational Management**:Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks.
Oversee enrollment, attendance, and documentation.
- **Health and Safety**:Prioritize child safety and enforce protocols.
Collaborate with authorities for compliance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
- Previous leadership experience in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with SPARK is advantageous.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and regulations.
