We are looking passionate and committed individuals to join us as a centre manager/ principal for our new centre

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the centre.
- Oversee daily management of student care services and student well-being.
- Organise, plan and schedule classes, as well as activities for the holiday programmes.
- Manage teachers’ responsibilities and mentor teachers to help them understand the processes, approaches to teaching in student care.
- Coordinate arrivals and pick up schedule with bus drivers on a daily basis.
- Liaise with parents on matters regarding student affairs, teaching and learning issues.
- Send out notifications of classes, overdue payments, special offers, etc.
- Attend to Student-Parent matters with regards to student’s academic and behavioural attitudes and achievements.
- Maintain student records.
- Host prospective customers and explain the student care experience to them.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a student care centre manager or in a related field.
- Must have supported a centre with children with special needs.
- With education/ experience in an inclusive student care setting.
- Have a strong understanding of student care operations.
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity.
- Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English and one other mother tongue language.
- Be self-motivated and possess strong multi-tasking skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
