General Summary:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- To in charge of control system and security system management including SCADA (like WinCC, Wonderware) monitoring system, PLC control & monitoring systems (Siemens S7 PLC, Schneider PLC, etc.), control system components (like HMI, IO panel, network switch, network cable, control power and UPS, etc.) and security system management (like CCTV, Card Access, PA system, EM locks, etc.).- Maintain and keep all the control system and security system back up / records are up to date.- To work with HQ counterpart for security system data update, changes made, projects and reports follow up.- Perform control system and security system field termination, configuration and troubleshooting if necessary.- Manage and control contractors for preventive maintenance works. Review of diagnostic reports, system performance result for PLC & SCADA system and security system to make necessary recommendation for improvement / rectification.- Work as system owner to lead & coordinate Control, Automation and security system works.- Implement and develop design for PLC and Control Logix programming, servers, hardware, and Network architecture design.- To access current situation, evaluate and implement corrective actions to mitigate technical risk including of network infrastructure upgrade and maintain.- Develop and maintain methodologies and tools to enhance the company security.- To prepare and raise RFQ, to do technical clarification with contractors or vendors, and to raise PR until follow up the final PO released to proceed project or PM works planned on time delivery.- To manage control system and security system works budget to ensure works within budge and GR on time without delay.- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project with technical and quality issues- Ensuring that all materials and work performed is as per specifications- Prepare all required specification, operating procedure and working instructions and ensure all documentation are properly updated and maintained. Develop and conduct Risk Assessment for all control system and security systems installation works.- Maintain and administer Incident report/CAR follow up. Conduct incident or accident investigation process including root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are completed- Works with 24/7 hours standby for control and security site issue and problem response and follow up.- To develop scope of work on Control system and Security system for all individual projects. Responsibilities of project tender clarification, construction drawing review, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of project to operation team with proper documentation. Coordinating with various department and contractors to ensure of the project completion.- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in control system, security system, projects management, PLC programming Logix or network security.- Prefer a degree holder in Instrumentation, Computer science and Control Engineering or equivalent.- Good experience with SCADA monitoring system and PLC systems like Siemens S7 PLC systems, WinCC, HMI, Schneider PLC, etc. is an added advantage.- Good experience with cyber security system maintenance and management.- Good supervisory and leadership skills.- Required skill(s): MS Office, Firewall, Secure software development.
