The Programmes and Operations Manager will support the work of the CEO, by overseeing the management of CampusImpact’s centres, which includes our satellite centres at ComLink. The Programmes and Operations Manager will also oversee the overall quality and design of service programmes across CampusImpact.

We are looking to recruit a client-centric, resourceful, proactive professional who possesses leadership and team management skills.

The Programmes and Operations Manager will need to:
**Overseeing the management of CampusImpact’s centres**
- Develop plans for professional development of staff within the organisation
- Conduct regular operations review meetings with staff
- Monitor programme expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
- Develop workplan for the centre in alignment with agency goals
- Lead resolution of operational issues within the centre
- Manage engagement and performance of the programmes team

**Overseeing the quality and design of CampusImpact’s service programmes**
- Manage programme risk, quality and compliance
- Oversee the implementation of operational strategies, programmes and services for the programmes team
- Continually review and enhance service standards, performance indicators, and operating guidelines for the centre/department
- Work with the Implementation Science team to review CampusImpact’s programmes, to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of service users
- Identify areas of improvement for the organisation’s strategic direction based on research findings from the NCSS Centre for Evidence and CampusImpact’s Implementation Science team
- Build professional partnerships across agencies (eg. Social Service Agencies (SSAs), ground-up groups) to enhance service delivery to service users
- Review effectiveness of programme curriculum, and set direction and theme for the curriculum
- Participate in knowledge networks and communities of practice (eg. with ministries, other SSAs) to align sectoral best practices with CampusImpact’s service standards
