Singapore Gospel Light Christian Church Full time

1. To assist Missions Registrar to oversee the administration matters pertaining to the Asia-Pacific Institute of International Studies (APIIS). This will include:
a. To manage all groups of volunteers for the continuous running batches.

b. To assist new applicants to settle down every year with all info needed.

c. To manage Zoom class.

d. To plan and organise Graduation Events.

e. To maintain a good relationship with students.

f. To assist APIIS faculty to run the course smoothly.

g. To oversee the multimedia ministry to promote and send out the correct postings.

h. To cascade APIIS vision and values down to student body

i. To assist visiting students for meetup in Singapore with faculty

j. Managing and distributing study materials.

2. Coordinate the needs and training of missionaries passing through Singapore.

**Qualifications**

Minimum qualification - Degree

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Experience in student enrolment is a must

Experience in conducting Zoom classes is a must

Experience in sorting out survey statistics reports is a must

Experience in conducting graduation events is a must

Must have an intimate knowledge of the needs of Bible schools, Christian churches, Christian NGO’s, pastors & church leaders in Philippines

Excellent organisational skills

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Ability to multi-task
