**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assisting the operations team in managing daily operations and manpower planning
- Support and manage recruitment, attendance, and payroll
- Preparation of monthly service report
- Supporting Operations Executive in the requisition of consumables and chemicals
- Providing Human Resource support and guidance to operations team
- Conduct orientation and on-boarding process for new hire
- Assist with staff grievances and feedback
- Any other administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
**Requirement**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Products with emphasis on Windows and Office programs
- Possess knowledge of the Employment Act and other statutory Acts related to HR.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
**Working Hours**:
- 5.5 days, Monday to Friday from 0900h to 1800h, Saturday from 0800h to 1200h. Your rest day is on Sunday, or any other assigned day.
