Supervising warehouse staff in regard to all customs matters
- Controlling bond permit handling
- Single-point of contact for all customs communication
- Declaring the Permits
- Updating the Bonded Details Files
- Ensuring that Bonded items are correctly labelled with Lot No’s
- Prepare Lot No Stickers
- Checking the Expiry Dates of Permits & update Ops team on that
- Amendment of permits if required
- Issuing the Lot No to Vendor/Procurement for Local/Overseas Purchase & follow-up on respective Items creation in MTS system before item movement.
- Printing Stock Balance from Customs Database & ensure that WH Staff do a physical check to ensure 100% accuracy of Bonded Items. In case of discrepancy found, report to WH Mgt & HOD.
- Liaising with AVA when required for sample testing & follow-up on sample collected.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O level / ITE / NITEC and / or relevant work experience
- 3 years experience in warehouse area
- Microsoft office skills
