**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design test automation strategies that align with Azure best practices
- Implement end-to-end test automation solutions, including UI, API, and integration tests, utilizing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, or Azure Test Plans
- Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps or GitLab CI/CD, enabling continuous testing and feedback loops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test data management strategies and ensure test environments are properly provisioned for Azure resources.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identify failures or defects, and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks, scripts, and processes to enhance efficiency, maintainability, and reliability.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in software and automated testing
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services and their respective testing approaches, including Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database
- Proficient in programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitLab CI/CD pipelines for integrating test automation into the continuous integration and deployment process
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including test planning, test case design, and defect tracking
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to ensure test automation aligns with the overall DevOps approach
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in test automation scripts, environments, or test results
- Strong communication and documentation skills to convey test automation strategies, test results, and recommendations to stakeholders
