The People Technology team is part of People Technologies & Transformation in Singtel. The team plays a critical role in ensuring Singtel group's human resources function runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's overall strategic goals through the use of people systems and tools. They are responsible for implementing and maintaining various people systems, such as talent management, payroll, and benefits administration, and are constantly exploring new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. The team works closely with other HR teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure that Singtel has a skilled and engaged workforce that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities of **Manager, People Technology (Data & Projects)**:
**HR Data**
- Point-of-contact for all data related incident, service and change requests for the group. Ensure that all requests are managed within stipulated SLAs.
- Perform batch data uploads, maintenance or correction across all modules in the group’s core HRIS.
- Develop and maintain data models to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations based on findings.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design and create reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop reports to meet those needs.
- Participate in People Technology projects and tasks as assigned.

**People Technology Projects and assignments**
- Participate and manage people technology projects and assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. IHRP certification is a preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors; and SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Ad Hoc Reporting, Online Report Designer, and Advanced Reporting.
- Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation will be advantageous
- Experience working with other HR systems and reporting tools.
- Experience with SQL and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
