The Manager, People Technology is responsible for managing security access and controls, maintaining the group governance framework, standard operating procedure and processes relating to SAP SuccessFactors, reporting and managing HRCentral change management.

Key responsibilities:
**HR Systems Access & Control**
- Responsible for the overall management and administration of all HR-related systems permission and controls associated with the Security and Governance framework in a multi-user organization
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance to a global security and governance structure and create supporting SOP and policies
- Perform periodic review and audits on access permissions for HR-related systems and update access permissions whenever necessary.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage all risks associated with permissions and security access to all HR-related systems.
- Partner with module leads on new Successfactors enhancements/module roll out in reviewing and testing access changes across modules.
- Manage all workflows for permissions requests.

**Reporting**
- Manage & maintain report requests & workflow raised by users
- Create, update, and perform maintenance on HR reports
- Provide advisory on data imports and data maintenance

**Change Management**
- Manage change communications with key stakeholders of HR community, policy owners, managers and employees.
- Partner with Module Leads on new SuccessFactors modules, enhancements roll out
- Conduct post implementation project health check with stakeholders

**People Technology Projects and assignments**
- Participate and manage people technology projects and assignments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. IHRP certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional service delivery experience. Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, implementation, and management
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and governance skills
